When an authorized LinkedIn member connects this application, we may receive or process:

  • The member’s LinkedIn identifier.
  • The member’s name and basic account information made available through the approved LinkedIn permissions.
  • The member’s authorization status.
  • LinkedIn company-page identifiers.
  • The member’s administrative or content-management relationship to the BEA company page.
  • OAuth access tokens and related expiration information.
  • Content submitted for publication.
  • LinkedIn post identifiers and publication results.
  • API responses, status codes, and error information.
  • Dates and times of authorization, publication, and related actions.

BEA does not request or store the member’s LinkedIn password.

4. How We Use Information

Automated tools do not independently approve or publish content to LinkedIn. An authorized BEA user must review and approve content before it is published through the WOManage LinkedIn integration.

LinkedIn authorization credentials and access tokens are not intentionally provided to the content-generation workstation or artificial-intelligence content-generation process.

6. How We Share Information

BEA may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We may use service providers that support:

  • Website hosting.
  • Email.
  • Data storage and backup.
  • Cybersecurity.
  • Software maintenance.
  • Business operations.
  • Professional services.

These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for BEA and are expected to protect it appropriately.

LinkedIn

When an authorized user approves publication, BEA sends the approved post and related media or link information to LinkedIn.

Information submitted to LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy, terms, settings, and platform controls.

Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process.
  • Protect the rights, property, systems, or safety of BEA, our personnel, our customers, or others.
  • Investigate suspected fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity.

Business Transfers

LinkedIn application credentials and authorization tokens are restricted to the systems and personnel that require them. Tokens may be encrypted when stored.

No website, network, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. BEA cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

BEA retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Securing and troubleshooting systems.

LinkedIn authorization information may be retained while the integration remains connected and for a limited period afterward when necessary for security, auditing, or legal compliance.

Published-post records may be retained as part of BEA’s permanent business and communications history.

10. Disconnecting LinkedIn Access

An authorized user may revoke the application’s LinkedIn access through applicable LinkedIn account or application settings.

BEA may also provide an internal WOManage function to disconnect the LinkedIn integration.

Disconnecting the application will prevent future API access after the revocation takes effect. It may not automatically:

  • Delete information previously retained for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
  • Delete content that was already published to LinkedIn.
  • Delete records maintained by LinkedIn under LinkedIn’s own policies.

A published LinkedIn post must be separately deleted or modified through an authorized LinkedIn or WOManage function when available.

11. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may contact BEA to request:

  • Information about personal information we maintain about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of information, when applicable.
  • Disconnection of LinkedIn authorization.
  • Additional information about how your information is used.
